We have had our first feedback for this Spring on Apivar! This comes from a keeper using a Beehaus Hive.

"Hi Robert
Thanks for the efficient processing of my order. I treated the bees yesterday and already there has been a massive drop of Varroa onto the monitoring tray. I shall let you know how we get on.
Cheers and thanks again
 Jonathan"

Two days ago we took in a "stray" black lionhead rabbit from the Lochside area of Dumfries - the poor thing was severely affected by ear infections and dermatitis, but after a good clean up and caring attention from Fiona & Angela it is now on the mend. Please contact us if you think this may be your rabbit.

Robert, hello I thought I would give you an update on my bee problem. (No laying Queens – had been using Neem oil). I have not used Neem oil for at least 3 weeks now and I have eggs, larvae & healthy brood in both hives with a previously laying queen. My new queen I haven’t disturbed yet, 3 weeks up next w/e, so although the literature suggests no harm to bees it does in my opinion put the queen off lay.

Let’s hope we have some good weather and they can build up for winter.

Thank you for your help with discussing the problem.

Regards

LM
